COMMENT: I love Cherry finish and I loved the curved railing because I am 5'5'' and my husband is 6'4''. So I needed a lower railing and he needed a higher one. Also, although this wasn't my intention, I think it has helped to keep Zoe in a crib longer because the higher ends throw her off when she attempts to get her leg over the rail. by M S 6/12/2012

QUESTION: How does this convert into a toddler bed? Says it is a 4 in 1 but directions are only for full size conversion. by cee D 9/5/2013

ANSWER: With the mattress in the lowest position, you take the front off of the crib. You should have received another piece that attaches to the front that works like a guard so your child is able to get in and out on his/her own, but won't fall out of the bed. It is a separate piece that matches the crib. by T G 9/9/2013

ANSWER: There is a toddler rail that comes included in the package. I believe the front panel comes off and is replaced with the toddler rail, the mattress is dropped to the lowest level. by Cari P 9/9/2013

I bought this last June to use for my granddaughter who will be staying with us 2 days a week and some weekends. It is a nice sturdy crib and the color cherry is really nice. I also liked how this will look as a bed when she gets older and we will use it for that. The crib is sturdy and was very easy to put together.

Easy to assemble. Beautiful color, looks great with other da vinci pieces. Tons of room and do useful that it converts. Gorgeous design without being too complicated. Does scratch easily, but that is to be expected with any dark finish.
