The gently arched back and softly curving sides enhanced by the elegant molding and stately pattern make this piece simply gorgeous for any nursery. The low front allows you to get your baby in and out of the crib easily. The stationary design with no moving parts keeps your baby's fingers and toes safe from being pinched. Adjust the mattress to four different levels as your child first pulls up and then grows taller and taller. Convert the crib to a daybed with the included rail kit, or purchase a separate rail kit for conversion to a full-size bed, making this crib flexible enough to remain useful for a long time to come, and sturdy and safe enough to last even longer.

ANSWER: We have bought and used one Naturepedic (Organic)Mattress. This is a lifetime crib so it is adjustable (4 heights). There is a high setting for a young baby and then 3 other lower settings for a baby who is crawling, sitting, teething, standing/walking so they can be safe while exploring their new motor skills. ANSWER: Only one. I think what you see is the mattress with the mattress curtain underneath it. The bed was quite good. Very good wood. But, once the child is a toddler, because of the jumping and activity from the child's movement, just keep an eye on the bolts. They would need to be tightened. Overall, we feel it's an excellent bed with a non-toxic finish. We loved that it had 2 separate heights for infant and when the baby could pull himself up (lower height). And, we loved the toddler conversion for when we couldn't keep the child inside the crib anymore due to climbing out. by M R 4/22/2013

The crib was a gift to my daughter for my grandson. She says itis beautiful but it does appear to be a lower grade wood/finish that looks easily scratch able so you just have to be careful when handling/putting together.

The shipper handling was horrific and resulted in damage but your company was incredible in the absolute EASE and worry free handling of getting replacement parts. She didn?t have to send in pictures of the scratch or damage and it?s all being replaced and shipped to her for free. She did not even have to return or send back the damaged parts. She was uber impressed by the immediate response from your customer service when she contacted them and she never had to follow up on anything.
