The Delta Crib Conversion Rails are what you would use when it's time to upgrade your child's Delta crib into a full-size bed. Regardless of the age, this kit is good to have. This allows the two long sides of the crib to attach to the metal frame as headboard and footboard, and you would place a full-size mattress and box spring set on the frame. This frame can also be used with a twin headboard from another brand.
