The KidKraft Deluxe Vanity and Chair in White is truly as charming as its name represents! An old-fashioned style oval mirror is perched between two curved arms allowing it to be moved up and down.

An adorable pink gingham skirt drapes around the bottom of the vanity, attached with a silk ribbon. The playful stool has curved legs and a comfy pink silk cushion on the seat. Every material used in this vanity set is high quality and non-toxic. Your little girl will love the Kidkraft vanity set!

ANSWER: It is reasonably sturdy. Definitely better than "toy" quality. My daughter has outgrown it so it is moving on to my niece. Sadly we got water on the chair one night when we used it to hold a humidifier, which damaged it badly- the composite wood seat delaminated.
