i purchased a toybox from SimplyBaby in December...It was back ordered adn this was ok for I didn't need it until my granddaughters birthday in Fedruary.. In the middle of January I sent an email to SimplyBaby and recieved an email from Lisa at the store letting me know she was tracking my purchase and within a day I recieved a phone call and email reasuring me that the toybox was in route...happy to say it was delivered a week before her birthday and it was worth the wait..It is beautiful..It goes along with the baby atiala suite we bought her. Thankyou sooo much Simplybaby. Your customer service is commendable I will shop here again. Thankyou
