Excellent customer service from simplybabyfurniture.com. Very nicely constructed rocking horse. Beautiful overall appearance. Minimally difficult construction. Easy to figure out, however, rather time consuming effort to manually place screws - needs good hand strength and a reasonable amount of patience. I anticipate my almost 2 year old will have years of fun with this toy.
