This beautiful doll house will have your child spending countless hours creating fun adventures with her dollies. It offers 11 - 13 rooms for lots of play space. You can also enjoy fun bonding time as you and your child put this doll house together. It comes unassembled and unfinished, so you both can enjoy the feeling of creating something beautiful. You can choose between two types of kits: the Milled MDF or Smooth Plywood. The Milled MDF has 3/8" Clapboard profiled milled into the exterior of the walls. The Smooth Plywood offers walls with no siding or texture, just a smooth surface. Each kit comes with a few different options. With the Milled MDF kit you'll get the wooden shingles and pre-assembled windows and doors along with everything else you see in the picture. With the Smooth Plywood kit you get everything the picture shows except: clapboard siding, edge trim, shingles and shutters. This beautiful doll house comes with easy-to-assemble instructions along with detailed pictures, so that assembly will be a fun process. This is the perfect gift for any girl who is 3 years and up.
