QUESTION: I already have this set. Is there a toddler rail that is made for this set? I know it comes with the rail for a single bed but is there a way to turn it into a toddler bed with the side rail? by None N 3/26/2013

ANSWER: I changed my daughters crib into the toddler bed when she was 10 months. It has a short rail that they can use to hold on to get in the bed and it serves as a barrier for falling out the bed. She is two now and still uses it. She has never fallen out. I still put a pillow on the floor just in case. Hope this helps. by V E 4/2/2013

ANSWER: I'm pretty sure the rail is for the toddler bed. It goes where the front frame goes. You attach the safety rail to the bottom bar and then attach it to the front of the crib to make it a toddler bed. I don't think there is a way to make it a toddler bed by taking off the side frames because it would just fall apart without the side stabilization. by Stephanie R 4/1/2013
