ANSWER: No it doesn't. However, additional legs were not needed to install the toddler rail by John T 2/10/2015

ANSWER: No additional legs are needed. It's just to transition from crib to toddler bed. Worked fine for us and we have the couture. by Kristina B 2/9/2015

ANSWER: The legs are apart of the sides not the front.. so you remove the crib front and replace that with the Vista in with the wholes provided. by Jimmy J 2/9/2015
