COMMENT: Looked at same item at retail store.cost at simplybaby was a lot less plus free shipping by Neal B 2/6/2015

COMMENT: This is my third child and we did not want to use my 5 year olds recalled crib nor did we want to spend an arm and a leg on new nursery furniture that we would not use again. With the combo we can get the most bang for our buck. Looks nice. by megan c 9/27/2014

ANSWER: Yes, it's sturdy enough. But we only use this when grandchildren visit. Which is not that often. It is parkerboard, with a cherry veneer. I don't know how it would hold up under daily usage. by Neal B 3/23/2015
