This was one of the only white and grey glider I could find. My nursery walls are light grey and it works perfectly in there. The color is a charcoal and has a cool tone. I know greys are hard to shop for! Some greys are too warm and look almost tan, but this glider is not and looks great in my nursery! I did have some issues with ordering (it was on back order and said it would be back in stock the day before I ordered it...I never saw any shipping info, so I inquired about that and was told it was still on back order, but would be back in stock Dec 6. I only remember that date because that's when it was actually delivered. Not sure what the issue was, but they fixed it!).

Haven't had to deal with customer service but the delivery was pretty quick! There is a service for replacement parts but specific information is required regarding the product and where it was produced that is not easily accessible.
