QUESTION: Where do I order the conversion.kit to go from kit crib, to day, bed to full size bed? by None N 2/7/2015

ANSWER: there is a small 'conversion' piece that you can order to make it a toddler bed, but, personally, I do not think it was worth the $. I got it and wished I hadn't once I saw it was just a very small piece of wood which was way too expensive. My daughter saw this crib on line and fell in love with it but every website that offered it did not have the 'dove brown' color available until end of November and her due date was early November. Simply Baby furniture said it was in stock so I placed the order and then contacted customer service to make sure it wasn't on backorder. They got back to me with a half hour... checked with the manufacturer and it was shipped within a few days. The quick response and friendly, courteous attitude of the customer service person was wonderful... so rare these days to find!! Simply Baby Furniture ... you made my day... and my daughter's!! Thank you so much!!
