ANSWER: Well I had this dresser for a little over a year,so far it's good. My plan on getting this dresser was for having it later in life as well. ANSWER: We have been using this product for our 3 month old son and so far it is working well. The drawers are the perfect size for children's clothes but if you are looking for this to last until your child is 8, 9 or 10 then this type of dresser is not what you are looking for. ANSWER: I have a standard changing pad from Babies R Us. I think the size is 16 x 32 and it pretty much covers the top of the dresser/changer. by S T 3/2/2012

ANSWER: Hi, <br />we just bought a regular (universal) one i didn't look at the size truthfully i didn't know they had sizes, it obvious it doesn't fit the whole top but we use the rest of the room to hold some diapers and wipes. To make it fancy you could put extra items in a basket on top as well, but we use the top drawer for lotions hair brush, diaper creames and so forth. Hope this helps by D A 3/2/2012
