QUESTION: Do you have any issues or complaints with the Carino furniture? by None N 3/29/2015

ANSWER: I absolutely have complaints about the Carino furniture. I had to order it twice because the first time it came so poorly packaged, there were multiple pieces damaged. It took SEVERAL weeks for Ti Amo to send a replacement crib. When the replacement came, it looked much better, but as I was putting it together a piece broke off of the headboard, which meant I had to send that piece back and wait again until Ti Amo replaced it. Sadly, I did not inspect all the pieces very well because the last piece I put together (once I waited SEVERAL weeks for the replacement) was the footboard/front of the crib and it had a large split in the 'wood'. Long story short, the crib is not very good quality and Ti Amo takes extraordinary lengths of time to do any replacments. Simply Baby Furniture was awesome through the whole process, but I would not buy this crib again if I could go back. I would, however, buy something else from Simply Baby Furniture because their customer service was outstanding. by Lauran M 4/1/2015

ANSWER: There were a couple of very minor imperfections (chipped paint, one small dent, and one corner of the "frame" detail on the headboard part has a little gap) but nothing noticeable enough to complain about. Overall we are very happy with the crib so far, although it's still just serving a decorative purpose as our baby is still to young to sleep in her room. by Kristle G 3/30/2015

QUESTION: How tall is the front panel? I am short in stature and need to know if I will be able to reach down into the crib easily. The product description says 5.1". I do not think that is accurate. by None N 10/19/2014

ANSWER: The 5.1" I would say it the tallest point of the crib which would be the back of the crib. I would say the front is about 4" tall. by Karen A 10/21/2014
