Meet Our Customer Service Team
Teresa has been working as the Director of Customer Service at Simply Baby Furniture for 4 years. She previously worked as the Customer Service Manager for a large corporation dealing with corporate charge-backs, and as Customer Service Manager at a major baby manufacturer. Both positions gave her the skills needed to train our top notch Customer Service Team. Her team is dedicated to ensuring that customers are always 100% satisfied. There's no customer question or concern that Teresa can't resolve and if she doesn't know the answer immediately she makes it her top priority to find a resolution before the day's end. Making sure customers are satisfied is what Teresa loves most about her job.
Customer Service Team Lead
Kym has been the Customer Service Team Lead at Simply Baby Furniture for over 2 years and has been working in the customer service field since 1995. Kym gets things done behind the scenes by ensuring the entire order process goes smoothly from placing the order to shipping to customer's final satisfaction. She's the liaison between Simply Baby Furniture and Manufacturers and is also responsible for training new Customer Service Representatives. Her favorite part of the job is that she really enjoys helping customers get what they need, when they need it, so they can create a wonderful home for their child.
Customer Service Representative
Linsie has been a Customer Service Representative with Simply Baby Furniture for over a year and previously worked in the Customer Service industry dealing with customers, conducting audits and even training Customer Service reps for two years prior to joining our team. Because she's a mom herself, her favorite part about this job is helping other moms find what they need and making sure that customers are always happy with their purchase.
