The Pali Volterra 5 Drawer Dresser in Slate is named for the town of Volterra, Italy. Volerra is in the Tuscan region of Italy?s rolling countryside, founded in the 7th century BC and worldwide known for the extraction and production of alabaster. This magical city is the inspiration for the Volterra Collection. The Volterra furnishing really are magical with a simplistic version of traditional lines. The Volterra 5 drawer dresser features a wide sturdy bottom with high kickplate and a cascading beveling on the extended top. You will find that Pali uses the same rounded knob on all dressers and that is because they are designed and detailed for children. Your little one can easily grasp the knob while learning to open the drawers. With five drawers and 42 inches in width, there is plenty of space for nursery beddings and baby clothes.
